About Seth

I am a lifelong resident of Muncie and Delaware County and graduated from Muncie Southside High School before attending Ball State University.  I have been in public safety for over 26 years serving the citizens of Muncie with integrity and professionalism.  My lovely wife of 19 years and I have two wonderful daughters, who we are proudly raising in Delaware County.

In my spare time, our family enjoys camping and boating with family and friends.  I am also an avid outdoorsman and enjoy working out.  My wife and I enjoy travelling and love to visit local and out of town eateries and shops to help support local businesses.  We are also actively involved with charitable organizations in our community, as well as, international organizations through our church.

I was raised as a hard worker and started my first job at the age of 10 delivering newspapers for the Muncie Evening Press.  I have always held at least one job from that point on.  At the age of 20, my Dad and I started a professional mowing and landscaping company that we operated successfully for 20 years.  From a young age, I was determined to be successful in both my personal and professional life, and I have always given more than 100% to reach my goals.

Over the years, I have learned that earning people's trust through honesty, dedication, and hard work have been my key to success.  I have always wanted to help people and that is what drove me to become a police officer.  I have been fully committed to serving the citizens of Muncie and take great pride in helping make our community a safe place to live.  In addition, I have also had an interest in real estate and have experience with remodeling houses, managing rental properties, and acted as a contractor in building my own home.  My knowledge, thoroughness, and attention to detail makes me the right real estate agent for you.  Extensive personal knowledge of all areas of Delaware County gives me an advantage to finding the perfect home or property for you.
