I was searching for a house for my brother and his wife who need to move closer to family for health reasons.
We found a house we wanted to look at and Seth was the realtor. He met us at the house, went over all of the information on the house, explained his business and the way they look at how it should be handled. I was so impressed with the idea they have in dealing with their clients. I love the core values they use as a guideline. Anything we needed to make the process easier he had an answer for. We were also in the process of buying a property ourselves. It was a for sale by owner. Seth stepped in and helped us get that accomplished without a hitch. We have moved a lot in our lives, being military, and we have not had a more caring and helpful realtor in all of the 30 years we have been buying and selling. He is prepared, focused, and a great communicator. He helps his clients identify their needs, and then helps them buy/sell a house to suit those needs. He doesn't push homes to make a sale, but to make sure it is the right fit. Also, he isn't afraid to tell the truth, which can be hard at times...especially when it is easier to give "partial information". However, the best trait is that he is available. No matter when, text or phone call, he responded. If he knew he would he unavailable, he had someone cover to male sure our questions got answered, and important information was relayed to us. We had a great experience with Seth, and would recommend him to a friend or family member.
