He doesn't push homes to make a sale, but to make sure it is the right fit. Also, he isn't afraid to tell the truth, which can be hard at times...especially when it is easier to give "partial information".
However, the best trait is that he is available. No matter when, text or phone call, he responded. If he knew he would he unavailable, he had someone cover to male sure our questions got answered, and important information was relayed to us.
